SOUTH AFRICA EVENT DETAILS
Date: Friday, 6th December 2024
Time: 1:00pm – 4.00pm 
Location: CedarWoods of Sandton, 120 Western Service Road, Woodmead, Sandton

REGISTRATION COST
Graduate: R700 (Including Gown Hire)
Guest: R450 (Limit of 2 guests per graduate. Guests must be 18years+)
Inclusions: Allocated seating, a post-ceremony celebration with light refreshments.

Registration confirmations with QR codes will be issued with payment. Please bring the QR code with you to the event to gain entry. You will also receive a link to the live stream to share with family and friends who cannot attend in person.

Please note that this is an 18+ only event. Graduates unable to attend with small children will be able to view the live stream from the comfort of their own home. Please register for the online event if this is your preference.

GOWN HIRE
All graduates receive gown hire, which is included in your registration fee. Please arrive early to collect your gown. 

CEREMONY FORMAT
1.00pm – Arrival and Registration (to collect gown)
2.00pm – Graduation Ceremony (and live stream)
4.00pm-5.00pm – Post-ceremony celebration with light refreshments

DRESS CODE
The dress code for this event is formal.

Important note: You will not receive your formal graduation documents (i.e. certificate and record of results) at the graduation ceremony, these will be sent to you prior. Each graduate will receive a special EIT graduation sash and letter of congratulations at the ceremony and will be individually acknowledged for their achievements.

PHOTOGRAPHER
A professional photographer will be onsite from 1:00PM until the conclusion of the post-ceremony celebration at 5:00 PM, providing graduates with ample opportunities to capture this special moment. Each graduate will have three different photos taken. Photos will be available for purchase. Photos can be ordered in several ways: you may pre-order online, place an order on the day of graduation, or order after the event. The photography order form and sample photographs will be sent in your confirmation email once your ticket has been purchased. 

So that you know, some photos may be used for EIT marketing purposes. 

VISA AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Any travel arrangements, costs or visa requirements will not be the responsibility of the EIT. Graduates travelling to attend events must make their own arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A R50 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after the 20th October are non-refundable.
