MELBOURNE GRADUATION DETAILS
Date: Friday, 22nd November 2024
Time: 1:30pm – 5.00pm AEDST
Location: Crown Plaza Melbourne - 1-5 Spencer Street, Docklands VIC 3008

REGISTRATION COST
Graduate: $170AUD (Including gown hire)
Guest: $80 AUD (Limit of 2 guests per graduate. Guests must be 18years+)
Inclusions: Graduate gown hire, allocated seating, a post-ceremony celebration with food and drinks, and access to professional event photographs.
Registrations Close: 28th October, 2024

Registration confirmations with QR codes will be issued with payment. Please bring the QR code with you to the event to gain entry. You will also receive a link to the live stream to share with family and friends who cannot attend in person.

Please note that this is an 18+ only event. Graduates unable to attend with small children can view the livestream from the comfort of their own homes. Please register for the online event if this is your preference.

GOWN HIRE
All graduates receive gown hire, which is included in their registration fee. Please complete THIS FORM to order your regalia/gown. 

CEREMONY FORMAT
1.00pm – Arrival and Registration (to collect your gown)
2.00pm – Graduation Ceremony (and live stream)
4.00pm-5.00pm – Post Ceremony celebration with light refreshments

DRESS CODE
The dress code for this event is formal.

Important note: You will not receive your formal graduation documents (i.e. certificate and record of results) at the graduation ceremony, these will be sent to you prior. Each graduate will receive a special EIT graduation sash and letter of congratulations at the ceremony and will be individually acknowledged for their achievements.

PHOTOGRAPHER
We will have a professional photographer on site from 1:30PM until the conclusion of the post-ceremony celebration at 5:00PM. This will give graduates plenty of opportunity to have their photos taken. Photos will be shared with attendees the week following the event. Just so you know, some images may be used for EIT marketing purposes. A form will be sent in your confirmation email. Please order the photos directly from the photographer. 

VISA AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
The EIT is not responsible for travel arrangements, costs, or visa requirements. Graduates travelling to attend events must make their own arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $30 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after the 20th October are non-refundable.
